For to long Mental Health Services have been that topic whispered about and ignored or pushed to one side and not spoken about at all with people suffering alone and in silence.
People openly talk about their sore tooth, eye injury, broken bones and upset stomachs. Even openly talk about their bowel motions.
Your Mental Health should not be ignored and should be spoken about freely.
IT IS OK TO NOT FEEL OK.
If you need someone to talk to or a strategy to help cope with a situation or feeling, then you should be actively seeking support.
At Synaptic Therapies we give a private relaxed environment where you can easily openly discuss your situation.
We are proud to be able to provide our clients with hypnotherapy service

It has been practiced in various forms for thousands of years by many cultures, Today, hypnosis is recognized by the scientific community as an effective healing tool and can be used to treat psychological issues including.
Anxiety, Asthma, Chronic pain, Fears and phobias, Smoking, High blood pressure, Insomnia, Panic attacks, Stress, Migraine, Obesity, Thumb sucking, Sleep problems, Sexual problems, Stuttering.
What is NLP?
NLP is founded on the idea that people operate by internal “maps” of the world that they learn through sensory experiences, and tries to detect and modify unconscious biases or limitations of an individual’s map of the world.
NLP is not hypnotherapy. Instead, it operates through the conscious use of language to bring about changes in someone’s thoughts and behavior.
a central feature of NLP is the idea that a person is biased towards one sensory system, known as the preferred representational system or PRS.
Therapists can detect this preference through language. Phrases such as “I see your point” may signal a visual PRS. Or “I hear your point” may signal an auditory PRS, an NLP practitioner will identify a person’s PRS and base their therapeutic framework around it. The framework could involve rapport-building, information-gathering, and goal-setting with them.
Time Line Therapy®️ is powerful, yet gentle and effective in being able to remove fully the negative emotions attached to events in the past
Time Line Therapy™ (TLT) is a powerful therapeutic process that has evolved from hypnosis and NLP, developed by Tad James, PhD in the 1980s
Time Line Therapy®️ removes all the negative emotions such as anger, sadness, hurt, fear and guilt from our past, not only those associated with the trauma. Additionally, feelings of being unworthy or of low self-esteem can be eliminated.
Timeline therapy is a therapeutic technique that helps individuals to understand and change the patterns of their past. By revisiting past events and exploring how they have affected present behavior, individuals can work to create a more positive future. Timeline therapy is based on the idea that our memories are not static. But rather evolve over time, because timeline therapy is based on the idea that our memories are not static, it has been shown to be more effective than traditional therapies in the long term.
